We are in search of an organized, hard-working, and outgoing Business development representative (BDR) Intern to assist field marketing efforts with building awareness and increase referrals. This role is crafted for a college student poised to break into healthcare marketing and sales, offering hands-on experience in the bustling world of medical referrals and device promotion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Understand and implement Axion Spine & Neurosurgery's brand message and strategy. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand message and a basic understanding of the services offered by the Practice. Engage in active learning to gain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare referral networking and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to enhance the practice's visibility and foster B2B referral relationships. Implement and evaluate innovative marketing campaigns to amplify our reach within hospitals and clinics. Contribute to team efforts by supporting marketing initiatives and fostering opportunities for growth. Tailor communication and networking tactics to build robust partnerships that lead to increased referrals for spine care. Travel within and around metro Atlanta, focusing on increasing awareness of Axion Spine, its Providers and the medical services offered. Distribute marketing materials, business cards, and referral forms.  REQUIREMENTS:  Currently enrolled in a college program with an interest in healthcare, marketing, or sales. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills. Exhibit an outgoing personality with the ability to network effectively. Shows initiative and works diligently to achieve marketing and sales objectives. Keen to learn and apply new concepts within a dynamic healthcare environment. Able to maintain professionalism and composure. Must have own vehicle and be willing to drive throughout metro Atlanta.
