Responsibilities Suncoast Behavioral Health Center opened its doors in 2014 and provides the highest quality of behavioral healthcare for patients in a safe, secure and nurturing environment. Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is a 60-bed free-standing psychiatric hospital. We offer diverse inpatient, outpatient and residential programs for children and adolescents.
In a highly specialized field of psychiatry, our goal is to promote cognitive, social, physical and emotional development to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to help our patients succeed.
The Hospital is looking for a Business Development Representative who will assist in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan.  Assists the Director of Business Development in the development and coordination of projects.  Represents the facility to the community, interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area.  Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development.
The Business Development Representative will work for both Suncoast Behavioral Health Center and Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's Level Degree in Marketing or related business field or equivalent work experience in related field. Two (2) years in Marketing/Sales, preferably in the Medical/Psychiatric field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to develop creative marketing ideas. Must have a valid Driver's License. Irregular and long hours may be required occasionally. Extensive travel.
