Hospice Business Development LiaisonSalary: $65k-75k/yr + commissionSchedule: M-F| 8:00 AM-5:00 PMLocation: Dayton, Ohio (and surrounding areas)Requirements of the Business Development Liaison role:Sales experience requiredExperience in Healthcare marketing requiredValid Drivers License and Auto insurance CoverageReliable transportationHospice Experience preferredAbout the BDL role:Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.Visit Doctor offices, hospitals, Assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present the company credentials and obtain patient referrals.Analyze past and current marketing dataComplete an analysis of the company's "product" lineAnalyze patient/company relationshipsDevelop sales/marketing objectives and sales projectionsDevelop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and sets a reasonable timeline.Implement a marketing plan, identify priorities, and sets a reasonable timetable.Review and evaluate the analysis and plan on an established basisAttend IDG meetings as appropriateAssist office staff as needed with going to Physician's offices to obtain signatures, drop off IDG updates, etc.Provide community outreach and education.Why work with Care 360 Hospice:Medical, dental, and vision health InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) MatchingLife InsuranceGrowth opportunitiesNEXT STEPSWe appreciate your interest in our Business Development Liaison.
