Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and other creative strategies. Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that showcase the company's comprehensive services, value proposition, and competitive advantage. Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at commercial properties, HOAs, property management companies, and other potential clients. Sales Closing: Skillfully negotiate and close deals, consistently exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including operations and account management, to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a service-based industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Hunter Mentality: Strong prospecting skills, a relentless drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
