Responsibilities
• Perform advanced, senior-level business analysis work• Serve as conduit between program/customer community and software development team• Develop and manage requirements specification• Verify fulfillment of requirements• Execute manual and automated testing• Develop and execute test scripts• Communicate with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years' experience with Unemployment Insurance• Experience in defining and developing business requirements• Experience with use case development and mapping• Experience in testing functional, user acceptance and data conversion• Experience with logging test script results and defects• Experience with MS Office suite• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to travel to client sites (25-50%)
