Responsibilities
• Interview subject matter experts, technical staff, architects, and other resources to gather requirements• Serve as thought leader for business and technical processes analyzed• Create and maintain detailed documentation• Capture business, information, and application models• Evaluate and communicate systems requirements• Prepare document outlines• Produce and present easy-to-understand documentation• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline• 5+ years of proven working experience in business analysis• Applicable certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and process modeling• Strong working knowledge of relevant tools• Strong experience in modeling frameworks• Experience in the Health and Human Services field• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality documentation• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
