We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst Consultant - IV to join our team remotely and contribute to our mission of public safety and positive community impact. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing projects for our Health and Behavior Solutions team.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will work closely with our Health and Behavior Solutions team to implement, maintain, and configure projects related to our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. This platform, provided by Oracle Cerner, is essential to our Corrections Support Bureau of Health Services. As part of the EHR core team, you will collaborate with internal departments, medical staff, and private vendors to identify areas for optimization and improved business processes. Your responsibilities will include executing builds, testing, and upgrades to enhance Provider, Nursing, and Pharmacy workflows, among other duties.
Additional Details:
You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, ensuring they align with overall business strategies. Experience with EMR workflows, business process reengineering, and familiarity with clinical needs in the Corrections environment will be valuable assets.
Total Hours:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week until 06/30/2025, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and budgetary considerations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Solutions.
Experience maintaining and configuring vendor-managed software.

Familiarity with EHR/EMR Systems.

Experience in Agile environments and System Development Life Cycle.
Proficiency in test script maintenance and test automation.
Previous experience in government or correctional environments.
