Responsibilities
• Manage day to day field activities and ensure schedule completion and construction standards• Maintain a clean and safe building area• Utilize our Integrated Homebuilder Management system to document and manage construction• Verify work is executed to expectations and address issues with vendor partners• Manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders• Maintain daily activity logs and technical inspection reports• Support the Design Center Interior Design Specialist• Foster a positive atmosphere for customers and team members• Promote effective communication with customers and vendor partners• Ensure brand promise is delivered
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction Management or related field• Minimum of 2 years experience in new home construction• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs• Working knowledge of State and Local building codes• OSHA Certification• Willingness to travel to multiple locations
