The Brand Finance Manager works directly with the Brand President and other business unit leadersAnalyzes all aspects of the Brand and provides critical insights for strategic business decisionsUses data-driven analytical skills and translates information into actionable intelligence

Responsibilities
• Pursues timely, high quality financial accounting, analysis, and reporting• Reports on monthly financial results for the brand and regions• Coordinates and develops process for the annual budget cycle• Manages revenue and margin recognition, project analysis, and backlog processes• Manages the monthly forecasting process for the income statement• Drives performance accountability into the business• Performs business and financial data analytics• Provides leadership and management with financial analysis• Develops plans and strategies to achieve goals and objectives• Champions and is involved in change initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance• 8 years of financial analysis experience• Oracle experience• Excellent MS Excel skills• Preferred: MBA degree• CPA certification• 10+ years of financial analysis experience• Experience with budgeting processes• Engineering and Manufacturing Operations experience
