TCH Industries has recently acquired The Yohe Supply Company, located in Canton since 1892, and Koehler Rubber & Supply, located in Cleveland since 1917.
Job Description We are looking for a Branch Manager who can lead and execute specific tasks for all aspects of our hose and power transmission business, including production, purchasing, inside sales, customer service, and branch reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a similar or related industry, such as hose, pipe, tubing, power transmission or rubber products. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving specific sales, gross margin, inventory and delivery goals, developing and implementing standard work routines, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing staff and resources. The Branch Manager will be expected to maintain and grow relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners, and be the "first on the phone or to answer email" for new and existing sales opportunities and customer service needs. The role is hands-on with a significant portion of each day attributed to getting the work done. Lead a daily communication meeting and run the branch with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Provide daily, weekly and monthly safety, quality and Maintain documented quality and business management standards and ensure safety is always front of mind with every employee. Be available for counter or retail sales as a consultant. Set the daily schedule for production and delivery. Manage a digital workflow getting the full value from our ERP system. Work with outside sales and execute sales quotes and support Vendor Managed Inventory as needed. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a hose or related industry Strong preference will be given to candidates with direct hose industry experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with TrulinX ERP experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hose and power transmission products, applications, and markets Ability to plan, organize, and execute goals and everyday tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software No college degree required, but relevant certifications or training are a plus How to Apply If you are interested in this position, please complete our Culture Index survey on work-related traits and upload your resume when prompted.
