Responsibilities
• Manage accounting activities for clients• Process accounts payable/receivable• Collate and enter vendor expenses• Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconciliation• Prepare bank and financial statements• Create accounting reports• Process client payroll• Engage with multiple clients on assignments simultaneously
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting• 2-5 years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience• Experience working in a Public Accounting firm a plus• Proficient with MS Excel and QuickBooks• Knowledge of Sage Intacct preferred• Experience with payroll• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining work quality• Excellent written and verbal communication• Strong commitment to professional service excellence
