Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time and Part Time positions Available

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision and training to ABA therapists and other staff members.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
Provide ongoing supervision and training to ABA therapists and other staff members to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other members of the treatment team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and incorporate best practices into clinical work.
Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
Previous experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide effective supervision and training to staff members.
