Bim Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly-experienced BIM Manager to coordinate the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of BIM models, manage project teams and deliverables, and provide technical support to all stakeholders within the BIM system.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of BIM within the organization; Develop BIM standards and protocols; Oversee the BIM team and manage project teams and deliverables; Continually review and develop the BIM models to ensure accuracy and integrity; Facilitate collaboration among design teams, project stakeholders, and contractors; Provide technical assistance and training to all stakeholders regarding BIM utilization; Work closely with other departments to ensure BIM implementation and compliance with organizational standards; and Ensure that all relevant regulatory standards and requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; Minimum 5 years experience in a related BIM or CAD role; Proficiency with Revit, BIM, VDC, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping design; Excellent problem-solving and project management skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; and Strong analytic and communication skills.
