About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical Educator to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a pivotal role in empowering patients and healthcare professionals by providing comprehensive training on specific disease states and therapy regimens. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering meaningful connections with patients and healthcare providers, facilitating behavior change, and supporting individuals on their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions using various formats, including live, virtual, and telephonic, to diverse audiences such as patients, office staff, caregivers, and pharmacists.
Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers and office staff, encouraging open dialogue between patients and their healthcare team.
Collaborate seamlessly with our territory sales force to address area-specific needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Serve as a valuable community liaison, disseminating product information and representing our organization at local events as needed.
Provide insights and innovative approaches to enhance training curriculum effectiveness.
Ensure all activities adhere, client, and industry regulations and standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, NP, Pharmacist, etc.).
Willingness to travel within assigned territory (up to 75%).
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient education.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or device companies is advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering presentations and training across diverse audiences.
Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and maintain product relevance in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable utilizing technology, including tablets, projectors, etc.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Eligibility to participate in federal healthcare programs or federal procurement/non-procurement programs.
