Responsibilities
• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities• Meet or exceed targets for customer experience, sales, and retention• Assist with opening/closing store retail environments• Handle cash transactions• Engage in workshops, events, and demos• Support fellow sales agents• Expand knowledge of Cox products and competitor offerings• May be required to work in other locations• Follow retail routine, including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Report to Store Manager and take guidance from Assistant Store Manager and team Specialists
Requirements
• HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience• Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills• Ability to meet sales, retention, and customer experience targets• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to build relationships and adapt to diverse customer base• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Computer literacy and willingness to learn communication products• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds for stock room inventory
