Pay Range: $19 – $21.00/hr.
Length on Assignment: Performance to Hire.

Position Overview: We are currently looking to hire Bilingual - Construction Labor for a project in N Dallas.
Pay is based on experience and can be between $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Responsibilities: · Ability to lift, move slightly heavy loads – IE – pallets, boxes, deliveries, material.
· Ability to use various hand held tools – Screw gun, Sawzall, small chopping gun, tape measure, hammer etc - this would not be a constant task but will be required periodically.
· Can show initiative – knows bathrooms need to be cleaned daily, keeps egress and pathways clear of material and debris, general sense of what is required daily to keep the job safe and trades working without being continually directed.
· Can satisfactorily protect finishes (tile, mirror, walls etc) that is to remain with corex, tape, brown paper and Masonite etc.
· Someone comfortable working at height – ie. Off a ladder.
· Has good communication skills and will work as directed.
· Willingness to work 8-12 hrs. and weekends as required – this will be based on site activities each week.
Requirements: MUST be bilingual (ENG & SPN) Must be self-motivated. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods without assistance. Must be able to climb several flights of stairs without assistance. Must be able to carry 25 - 75 lbs without assistance. MUST have construction (working in the field) experience. MUST be able to work outside (SUMMER HEAT or Winter). Must have Steeletoe work boots. Drug testing is required. Must Pass. Must have own reliable transportation.
