Bilingual Account Executive in training (Career Placement) Location Arlington, WA : We are looking for a bilingual customer-oriented fast paced service representative! Responsibilities Manage large amounts of activity to promote office growth Generate sales leads for current customers and referrals Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Experience in customer service Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening/note taking Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Low average first year income for a brand-new unlicensed rep is from $39,000 - $69,000. We have seen many exceed that and most fall in the range from $52,000-$85,000. This is performance based!
