Job summary
As the Beverage Training & Operations Manager at Sally's Apizza, you will oversee the beverage program and ensure consistent service standards.You will be responsible for menu development, cost control, and quality control across multiple restaurant units.You will also actively engage in new restaurant openings and staff training.

Responsibilities
• Fully understand and embody the Sally's Apizza culture and educate staff on beverages.• Streamline and enhance beverage service operations.• Develop drink menus and oversee store-level operations.• Implement training programs for bartenders, servers, and support staff.• Mentor and train staff to perform at a high level.• Perform store-level checks for quality and safety standards.
Requirements
• Strong computer skills and ability to do theoretical beverage costing.• Minimum of 3 years experience as a beverage leader in a full-service restaurant.• Comprehensive understanding of writing and communicating recipes.• ServeSafe Certified and TIPS Trainer certified.
Key Skills Needed
• Strong Computer Skills• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)• Extensive bar experience• Financial acumen
