Responsibilities
• Coach, train, and retain talent.• Champion credit and loyalty programs for guests.• Execute store merchandising direction and standards.• Utilize business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance results.• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures.• Inspire and motivate the team through recognition programs.• Foster teamwork and collaboration among associates.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.• 1-2 years minimum supervisory experience preferred.• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.• Works well both independently and within a team environment.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.• Ability to work varying hours and schedules.• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability.• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
