JOB DUTIES: Answer incoming calls for service and parts departments. Set appointments for customers according to their service/parts needs Accurately track service/parts appointments - utilize Reynolds & Reynolds, MS Excel, and Google Docs Follow-up and confirm appointments with service customers to ensure they arrive at their scheduled time Assist service customers with information pertaining to recall information, coordinating loaner vehicles, and parts availability Follow-up with unanswered service survey customers with information provided by FIAT Chrysler Automobiles to capture high customer service scores Place outbound calls to Parts customers to pick up their parts and capture appointment for their service. REQUIREMENTS: Must have exceptional communication skills Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, positive attitude is a must!
