Responsibilities
• Answers incoming service calls to address customer needs• Sets service appointments with customers• Responds to customer queries from internet leads• Alerts customers regarding vehicle alerts• Makes quality-check customer satisfaction calls• Sets service appointment reminders and no-show calls and emails• Sends letters and emails to current Subaru and GM manifest lists
Requirements
• High School Diploma• 2 years of Customer Service Experience• Business/Business Casual Dress Code• Call Center experience a plus
