KOTM is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our supportive and collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative support staff in providing applied behavior analysis therapy to over 100 children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder throughout Utah.
Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." KOTM provides services through five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center .
Qualifications: BCBA certification LBA certification in Utah; Out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure 3+ years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy Must be a supportive and respectful team player KOTM Benefit Snapshot: $5,000 sign-on bonus. $1,500 on date of hire and $3,500 after 6 months of employment Generous company calendar with paid closures for Winter Break (2 weeks), Spring Break (1 week), Summer Break (1 week), Fall Break (2 days), and Thanksgiving (3 days), as well as other national and state holidays Annual raises and frequent bonus opportunities Liberal vacation and sick day accruals Excellent healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision, hospital indemnity and more Paid short-term and long-term disability 401k and Life Insurance Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance available to qualified candidates.
