Responsibilities
• Define project objectives, requirements, and scope• Supervise and direct project team• Provide leadership, vision, and direction for employees• Participate in pre-bid reviews and sales meetings• Manage project plans, schedule, and cost estimates• Coordinate budgeting, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction functions• Oversee equipment procurement• Negotiate and execute change orders• Focus on customer retention and satisfaction• Strong leadership skills
Requirements
• 4-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience• 3-5 years of Project Management experience or 5+ years of construction experience• Advanced understanding of HVAC or building electronic control systems• Competency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationships, communication skills• Focus on customer retention and satisfaction• Strong leadership skills
