Responsibilities
• Build strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings• Provide memorable guest experiences• Maintain a positive and professional approach• Work as part of a team• Serve cocktails, wine, and craft beer• Ensure guest satisfaction• Maintain knowledge of food and wine service• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines• Be available for a minimum of three shifts• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant high volume/upscale dining server experience• Basic professional level of knowledge of food and wine service• TIPS or other alcohol service training is a plus• Positive attitude and friendly disposition• Professional, punctual, and reliable• Comfortable being on feet for extended periods of time
