Barista Team Lead

Calling all Baristas and Counter Staff that enjoy working with people in an elegant and fast-paced coffeehouse!Responsibilities Include:Leading all Team Members in serving customers and opening & closingEntering in customer's orders and receiving payment.Preparing coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.Serving desserts, pastries, and other fully prepared light fares.Compensation/Benefits:Free Drinks while working.Employee Discount on food/drink items all other time.Opportunity to earn tips.Availability:* Part-Time positions are currently available for Morning, Afternoon & Evening shifts.Requirements:Must have strong customer service skills.Outgoing, friendly personality.Fast & Efficient work style.Passionate about quality coffee & tea.
