Job Responsibilities: Manage multiple ongoing build projects, from initial planning to final deployment and support. Collaborate with teammates in design, architecture, operations, and IT to plan, deploy, and manage office technology solutions. Provide support for delivered spaces, including troubleshooting audiovisual systems, networking issues, and collaboration tools. Work independently to coordinate project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment, networking infrastructure, and collaboration solutions. Conduct site walks with vendors, participate in construction meetings, and oversee project progress on-site. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and system configurations. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing IT role, with a focus on audiovisual systems and networking. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently. Fundamental knowledge of industry-standard audiovisual solutions, including Logitech, Cisco, Shure, Biamp, Dante, Crestron, and Extron. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking infrastructure, including VLANs, WiFi design, and network implementation. Experience with Logitech Webex and Cisco collaboration solutions. Ability to travel occasionally to project sites and vendor locations. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with reading floor plans and construction documents (CD, SD, DD).
