Responsibilities
• Diagnose and fix vehicles for customers• Build experience as an automotive mechanic• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections• Troubleshoot customer concerns• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization• Communicate customer concerns• Collaborate with other Technicians• Meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results
Requirements
• Positive attitude and desire to serve customers• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic• ASE Certifications preferred• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles• Meet or exceed hourly goals• Aptitude for learning additional skills• Professional appearance and strong communication• Desire for long-term career development• Physical requirements: lift over 100 pounds, work in tight spaces, use hand tools, walk/stand, drive manual transmissions, navigate a computer
