Responsibilities
• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations• Enforce company policies and procedures• Ensure quality of work meets customer satisfaction goals• Assign work orders to technicians and ensure target margins are achieved• Perform daily accounting closing and balancing procedures• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Requirements
• 5 years of work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales• Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
Key Skills Needed
• Strong leadership and management skills• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Proficient in computer software and applications• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
