Automotive Service Concierge

Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC is looking to add a Service Department Concierge/ Backup Advisor to it's team. The Service Concierge/ Backup Advisor is responsible for assisting the Service Department with day to day functions to ensure excellent customer service. If you believe that you would make a great addition to our team, please apply!Responsibilities:Oversee Company's loaner vehicles. Check them in and out. Make sure that they are clean, have gas and are ready for customers to use.Assist with scanning documents.Fill in for Advisors when needed.Cashier for customers to ensure quick check out process.Handle all internal service repair tickets and PDIs.Assist with Porter duties when needed.Help to keep the Service Department waiting area clean and orderly.Other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize workflowStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsHave a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screeningRobert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
