Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with hospitality and respect• Present repair solutions in a clear and understandable manner• Manage store's workflow effectively• Sell services without compromising honesty and integrity• Maintain positive attitude and team atmosphere• Communicate professionally on the phone• Build long-term relationships with customers• Perform customer service activities and shuttle customers as needed• Ensure repairs are performed to specifications• Assist other employees and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Current driver's license and acceptable driving record• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Advisor/Sales role• Dependable and reliable for a Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm schedule• Physical requirements include being on your feet, occasionally lifting and carrying heavy objects, and maintaining a brisk work pace• Additional information about Corporate Brothers Automotive
