Requirements
• College degree and 1 year of management experience• or, 3 years of automotive experience with 1 year of management experience• or, 3 years management experience• or, 2 years in a lead role or supervisory position• Energetic, hard-working, and ethical• Understand and follow company strategies and policies• Valid driver's license and insurable under company insurance• Physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning
