Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position with commission opportunities in the auto industry. As a skilled technician and contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive detailing services to our valued customers while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive pay structure of up to $50,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to the base pay, you have the opportunity to earn commission based on the quality and quantity of services provided. As a full-time employee, you will also be eligible for company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:Perform thorough and efficient automotive detailing services, including cleaning, waxing, buffing, and polishing vehicles to meet or exceed customer expectationsInspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them to the appropriate managerUtilize various cleaning agents, tools, and equipment to ensure all surfaces of the vehicle are properly cleaned and protectedFollow company standards and procedures for detailing and maintaining inventory of suppliesMaintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment and tools usedCommunicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient operationsContinuously strive to improve and uphold the high standards of quality service expected by our customersRequirements:At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing or a similar role in the auto industryKnowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniquesAttention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasksGood communication and customer service skillsMust be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time, as well as lift up to 50 poundsMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportationEEOC Statement:Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
