Responsibilities
• Manage Body Shop Clerk & Technician staff, schedule, payroll, inventory, and tool needs.• Ensure Technician workflows are smooth and prioritize customer needs.• Manage technician productivity and document repairs and orders.• Oversee vehicle washing, waxing, and revitalizing processes.• Lead service management and reconditioning activities.• Interact with external vendors for parts inventory.• Maintain profitability, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction.• Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.• Manage effective vehicle production and inventory control.
Requirements
• Experience in high volume body shop.• Excellent customer service skills.• Professional appearance and work ethic.• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
