As a BDC Associate, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service.
