Auditing Services Manager Location Washington, DC (Sursum Corda Cooperative area) : ONE Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditing Services Manager to join our global dynamic team. The Auditing Services Manager plays a pivotal role in devising and modifying procedures to address complex problems. This position provides guidance and expertise in implementing solutions, serves as a team leader, and engages resources effectively. The role involves performing detailed analyses of client issues, interpreting design implications, and ensuring that solutions align with business needs. What you need / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. May possess relevant industry certification. A Minimum Four (4) years of relevant experience. Security Clearance required due to the sensitive nature of projects. Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM). Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM). Project Management Professional (PMP) What you'll do: Lead and manage project working groups, offering structure, and analyzing current issues and conflicts. Recommend techniques and tools for team improvement, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Conduct analyses of work plan completeness, prepare status reports, and support quality control practices. Communicate client expectations to the project team, escalating issues to senior-level project staff as needed. Provide structure for project working groups to maintain focus and productivity. Work closely with group members to enhance team building, communication, interpersonal relations, meetings, and decision-making. Audits: Financial, performance, recovery, transportation, and contract audits. Standards: Familiarity with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and non-GAGAS. Compliance Assessments: In-depth knowledge of financial statements, financial information, and internal controls. Organizational Performance Improvement: Expertise in accounting system design, financial statement preparation, budget development, and accounting advisory services.
