Associate Scientist

Location: New Haven, CT Duration: 11+ Months The role involves conducting studies to facilitate Drug Product characterization activities, encompassing combination products at high protein concentrations and commercial products. Responsibilities include experimental work covering various facets of Drug Product characterization such as formulation development, safety risk assessment of excipients and process reagents, extractables and leachables analysis, in-use compatibility studies for intravenous and subcutaneous administration, process development to support drug product manufacturing, and particulates testing. Preferred qualifications include experience with electronic record-keeping software such as ELN, EndNote, and e-logbooks. Additionally, proficiency in maintaining laboratory instrumentation, including organizing preventive maintenance, data backup, and software upgrades, as well as familiarity with database design and maintenance, will be advantageous.
