The Corporate Program Product Development team is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team leading digital innovation at American Express. We are responsible for deepening Client and Card Member engagement through our digital B2B products.  The team's mission is to dramatically increase adoption and frequency of usage through a combination of in-depth insights, superior user experience and compelling features and functionality.We are looking for a digital project manager to help lead a multi-year digital transformation initiative for Amex's global corporate clientele. This role will contribute to digital strategy, annual planning, delivery optimization, leadership reporting, and other critical processes. Extraordinary candidates will have a passion for digital products, fluency across project management functions and frameworks, and strong organization & communication skills. How will you make an impact in this role?Responsible for leading a global multi-year digital transformation initiative within a central PMO teamMaintain detailed project roadmapsLead investment, prioritization, and capacity planningSupport program reporting to leadership   Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partnersBuild andmaintainnew processes to drive efficiency across Tech & Product teamsFormulate and evangelize digital transformation strategyMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree1+ years of related experience in Digital Project ManagementFamiliarity with Agile development and principlesFluency with common project management techniques, frameworks and toolsHighly skilled with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Adaptable to changing needs in a fast-past environmentExcellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master certification, and/or a Master's degree a plusKnowlege of E2E software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies Experience with project management software (i.e. Confluence, Rally, Jira)A "driver" personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for ongoingcollaborationAbility to synthesize customer feedback and data into actionable insightsSalary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
