Join our team in the dynamic telecom industry with this remote opportunity that offers comprehensive training in Salem, Oregon. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer care professional who thrives in a supportive and technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve customer inquiries through comprehensive research and proactive problem-solving, ensuring you understand and address the underlying issues.
Communicate effectively across various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Act as an advocate for customers by explaining policies and benefits clearly, aiming to ensure customers understand their services and entitlements.
Manage interactions with precision, focusing on resolving issues during the first contact whenever possible.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in line with our high standards for accuracy and confidentiality.
Employ excellent data entry skills and navigate software efficiently in a Windows-based environment.
Provide and receive constructive feedback to continually improve personal and team performance.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to type and talk at the same time.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven background in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
Strong capability in data entry and utilizing PC operating systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
Deep understanding of customer service principles and commitment to excellence in facilitating customer care.
Ability to research effectively and utilize critical thinking to address and solve customer issues.
Knowledgeable about health care systems and platforms, including HealthCare.gov.
Familiar with the functionalities of multi-channel customer service platforms.
Basic understanding of R Code and its application is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with customers.
Experience in process optimization and providing direct patient care is advantageous.
