Responsibilities: Description of duties and responsibilities: Conduct all aspects of a financial analysis including data gathering, model construction, and preparation of presentation documents. Prepare financial reports, summaries, trends and variance reports to support internal and external reporting requirements and presentations. Provide daily support to cardholders in Purchasing Card program and/or Travel Card program. Provide training for cardholders and approvers of card programs. Conduct audits of reports and transactions associated with card programs. Day-to-day processing of invoices and check requests. Identify key process improvements and recommend changes to improve systems, processes and performance. Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, requesting stop payments and refunds or credit memos. Assist with relevant month-end and year-end closing activities. Perform weekly vendor payment runs. Qualifications: Special knowledge, skills and abilities required: Thorough understanding of financial analysis with strong analytical abilities. Creative problem solving and ability to generate high quality innovative solutions. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to interact and work in a cross functional team environment. Ability to travel domestically, with some possible international travel. Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline. No experience is required #LI-KB1
