Healthcare construction company has an immediate opening for an Assistant Super to join their team and work on a slate of projects that includes work at Banner Medical, Mayo Clinic, and various commercial projects in the valley.
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience.

1. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
2. Ability to assist with scheduling of subcontractors and the oversight of subcontractors
3. Ensuring construction site is clean and clear debris
4. Maintains positive attitude and is reliable
5. Strong attention to detail and great communicator
6. Character is everything for this individual
