Your New Role: As an Assistant Project Manager at HEI, Inc., your day-to-day will involve:
Spearheading customer proposals, embracing design and engineering phases, including crucial site visits that align projects with client needs. Handling materials from order to receipt, coordinating closely with Field Superintendents and other vital department personnel. Mastering our accounting system, GP, to prepare precise billing. Dispatching work orders and service tickets, ensuring our field personnel are always in the loop. Managing customer relations like a pro—keeping tabs on alarm monitoring contacts and providing timely updates. Overseeing the logistics of service calls from scheduling to billing, not to mention approving on-site labor and materials.
