The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency will have the opportunity to work for a 350+ bed, Magnet-designed acute care hospital located near Seattle. This acute care hospital is known for being one of the top hospitals in Washington, recently received a "Grade A" by Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, Healthgrades "America's 100 Best" for their several surgical procedures and overall patient care. 
Under the guidance of the Emergency Services Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager will be an integral part of a dynamic Emergency department. Key duties of the Assistant Nurse Manager in Emergency Services entail supervising daily operations, serving as a departmental resource, managing staff schedules, conducting interviews for new hires, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting educational initiatives for both new hires and ongoing departmental training.
The assistant Nurse Manager will flourish in the Seattle Area, one of the countries greenest and most gorgeous.
