The Pizza Joint in Aiken, SC is looking for managers to join our team. We are located at 125 Richland Ave West. Our ideal candidate is professional, self-driven, punctual, and reliable! Responsibilities
Train, coach, and develop team members and team leaders Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up Hold team accountable to The Pizza Joint standards of performance and conduct; provide feedback, coaching, and counseling as needed Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, clean, customer-service and hospitality-focused restaurant Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays The Pizza Joint provides a great culture, flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and loads of training and growth opportunities.
