• Understand all aspects of store operations.• Ensure visual merchandising is done effectively.• Protect store assets and control expenses.• Keep client satisfaction as top priority.
Requirements
• 2 years previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store.• Excellent ability to train and motivate staff.• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.• Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude.• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.• Must be punctual and organized.• Must be a team-player.
