• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift.• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures.• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and more.• Ensure perfect image and adherence to standards.• Provide great customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and implement marketing strategies.• Drive profitability and ensure attendance and punctuality of the team.• Transportation to/from work is required.• Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude.
Requirements
• Must have pizza experience preferred.• Must be a natural leader and customer service oriented.• Enjoy working with a team and have a positive outgoing attitude.• Must pass a standard background check.• Previous management experience is a plus.
