We are growing again and currently seeking qualified Kitchen Managers to join our ClusterFam.
A few things you'll do:
* Schedule labor as anticipated by business needs
* Prepare all required paperwork in a timely manner
* Maintain complete menu knowledge & ensure all meals are consistently prepared to meet ClusterTruck standards
* Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained
* Optimize profits and ensure customer satisfaction
* Keep a positive attitude and a productive working environment for your team
