Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise community associates• Support leasing and marketing standards• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents• Prepare lease agreements and renewal letters• Conduct market surveys and provide reports• Review resident files and address unpaid fees• Organize resident activities and maintain loyalty programs• Manage daily operations in compliance with policies• Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies• Embrace cutting-edge iPad leasing and marketing standards
Requirements
• High School diploma required• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-family housing or related industry• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer service standards• Excellent time management and prioritization skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word• Exceptional communication and organizational skills• Familiarity with property operations, lease terms, and contract enforcement• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusive work environment
