Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: - Assist the Executive Kitchen Manager in onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Foster constructive rapport with both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) personnel
- Meticulously oversee operations in a from-scratch culinary milieu
- Ensure seamless operations in a high-volume setting
- Supervise recipe adherence, portion control, prep schedules, and assist with staffing arrangements
- Demonstrate leadership prowess consistently
Assistant Culinary Supervisor Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years experience in a full-service Restaurant AKM or similar leadership capacity in a casual or upscale-casual context
- Thrive in a fast-paced milieu
- Demonstrated track record of upholding standards, surpassing objectives, and cultivating relationships
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes
- Adherence to stringent safety and hygiene protocols
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach
