3rd Shift: 15% Differential
Benefits:

trained + responsible
for manual component assembly, screen printing, furnace operation, preparing kits for assembly, Automated Tool Operator, and quality inspection of on-site power generation systems.
Bloom's unique on-site power generation systems are among the most efficient on the planet, providing significantly reduced operating costs and producing dramatically lower greenhouse gas emissions.
Responsibilities:
Mechanical and manual assembly
Loading/unloading stacks and totes
Perform quality inspection on stack ID, cell, and IC
Use designated inspection equipment to test and identify defects
Assist in assembly of prototype equipment
Qualifications:
MS Office skills/experience
Ability to use small hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting skills required
Excellent hand and eye coordination
Able to lift 35-45 lbs repeatedly
Flexible with changing shift or work schedule
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
