Execusource is currently partnering with a large medical manufacturing firm in search of (20) Assembly Line Technicians on a long term contract to potential hire basis in Norcross, GA.
Details:
M-F: 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm) - $15/Hour
M-F: 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) - $16.50/hr
Long Term Contract
Start Date: 9/18/2023
Onsite: Norcross, GA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare workstations for new production lots, following current work instructions.
Verify material matches specifications and lot numbers are correct.
Perform assembly tasks such as winding, labeling, packaging, and sealing using both machine and manual methods.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in training new employees and cross-training existing team members.
Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Experience: One year or more related experience and/or training (preferred).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Strong reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and checking skills to ensure accuracy.
Basic math skills for adding and subtracting whole numbers.
Proficiency in spoken and written English (assembly sheets/work orders).
Outstanding work ethic, dependability, and responsibility.
Initiative and ability to follow directions.
Proven track record of dependability and adherence to company attendance standards.
Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
The job is typically performed in a comfortable warehouse clean room or white room environment.
Noise level is low to moderate, humidity is generally low, and temperatures are comfortable.
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 15.00 Per Hour
